An internationally-acclaimed hand drummer, Pamela Lynn released the first in a series self-instructional CDs in 2006. "Essential Rhythms for Personal Empowerment" contains detailed information on each of the twenty rhythms, as well as a large fold-out poster with notes and rhythm charts.
Pamela wanted the artwork to reflect her creativity and passion, while emphasizing her commitment to the healing power of music. As an instructional tool, the accompanying poster needed to be clear and concise — guiding the listener as they followed along with the recorded rhythms on their journey to personal empowerment.
